Ms. Lindenauer has been a trial attorney since 1986. Her practice emphasizes personal injury cases, including premises liability, products liability, automobile accidents, and intentional tort/punitive damages matters. Clients have included personal injury claimants, insurance companies, insured individuals and businesses, self-insured organizations, and public entities. Her cases have ranged from slip and fall accidents to multiple wrongful death litigation.

Prior to the formation of Law Offices of Victoria Lindenauer in February 1994, Ms. Lindenauer was a partner in the Santa Barbara law firm of McIvers & Lindenauer from 1992-1994. For six years beginning in 1986, Ms. Lindenauer was with the firm of Archbald & Spray, departing as a Senior Attorney.

Ms. Lindenauer has served as a private arbitrator and settlement negotiator, as a Court-appointed arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Barbara Superior Court, and has been selected by both defense and plaintiffs' counsel for non-binding and binding hearings primarily related to personal injury matters.
